Epic Midea is a creative concept studio based in India, founded by Shubham Singh. This Creative Partner platform (the “Platform”) exists to onboard, manage and collaborate with independent creative specialists who join our Creative Partner Network. Your privacy is something we take seriously — this policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
When you apply to join the Creative Partner Network or use the Platform, we may collect:
- Identity & contact: name, email, phone, location, profile photo.
- Professional information: bio, headline, years of experience, skills, software, industries, hourly/project rates, availability, weekly hours.
- Portfolio links you choose to share (Behance, Dribbble, Figma, GitHub, personal site, etc.).
- Application content including your creative assessment responses.
- Authentication data via Google OAuth (email, name, profile picture only).
- Operational data: project assignments, milestones, deliverables, payments, ratings and team-chat messages you send inside a project workspace.
2. Why we collect it
- To evaluate your application and curate the Creative Partner Network.
- To match the right specialists to the right projects.
- To run project workspaces, track milestones, and process internal payments.
- To improve our Epic Score, recommendation, and AI search systems.
- To communicate with you about invitations, project updates, and Platform changes.
3. Who can see your data
Admin reviewers at Epic Midea can see your full application and profile. When you are selected for a project, the other Creative Partners on that team can see your name, picture, role, and the messages you post in that project’s workspace. We never sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with clients without anonymising it or asking you first.
4. AI processing
We use Google Gemini (via secure server-to-server APIs) to help us rank partners, surface semantic search results, and generate portfolio insights for the curation team. Your raw application content is sent in summarised form for these features. We do not allow these AI providers to retain or train on your data.
5. Cookies & sessions
We use a single secure, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies on the Platform.
6. Your rights
You can update your profile any time from your partner dashboard. You can request export or deletion of your data by writing to bumbum@epicmidea.com. We will action verified requests within 30 days.
