Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Epic Midea Creative Partner platform (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Epic Midea, a creative concept studio based in India. By signing in, submitting an application, or accepting a project invitation, you agree to these terms.
1. The Platform, in one line
Epic Midea doesn’t hire freelancers and isn’t a marketplace. We build dream teams. The Platform is an invite-only network where vetted creative specialists are matched to specific Epic Midea projects on a per-engagement basis.
2. Your application
- You must submit accurate, truthful information and portfolio links you have the right to share.
- Acceptance is at the discretion of Epic Midea’s curation team. We may approve, shortlist, request changes, or reject.
- Approval grants you a non-exclusive, revocable place in the Creative Partner Network.
3. Projects & engagements
- You will be invited to specific projects. You are free to accept or decline each one.
- For accepted projects, the project workspace defines scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Each accepted project is a separate engagement — accepting one doesn’t obligate you to future work.
- You retain authorship of your work, while Epic Midea and the client receive the usage rights agreed in the project brief.
4. Payments
Compensation for each engagement is defined inside the project workspace and tied to milestone approval. Payments are tracked transparently inside the Platform and released after the corresponding milestone is approved by Epic Midea on behalf of the client. You are responsible for any taxes or local compliance applicable to you.
5. Conduct
We are a small, deliberate community. We expect honest communication, on-time delivery, and respect for clients and fellow partners. Misrepresentation, plagiarised work, abusive behaviour, or sharing confidential client material outside a project workspace are grounds for immediate removal from the Network.
6. Confidentiality
Briefs, files, and discussions inside a project workspace are confidential to that engagement. You agree not to share them externally and not to use client information for anything outside the project, without prior written consent from Epic Midea.
7. AI features
The Platform uses AI to help match partners to projects, run semantic search, and surface portfolio insights. These are decision-support tools — final decisions are always made by humans on the Epic Midea curation team.
8. Account & termination
You may close your account at any time by writing to bumbum@epicmidea.com. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or harm the Network.
9. Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. Epic Midea is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
